  1.          SURVEY - THE QUESTIONNAIRE CREATION AND ANALYSIS PROGRAM

  3.          The SURVEY instructions are contained in the file SURVEY.DOC.
  4.     You can send this to your printer by typing "copy survey.doc prn"
  5.     and follow by pressing ENTER, or they can be printed from the Main
  6.     Menu Option, VIEW/PRINT - INSTRUCTIONS PRINT.  These instructions
  7.     consist of 35 pages of text.  Be sure to read them, including the
  8.     section on designing a survey.  Abbreviated instructions and help
  9.     can be obtained from the LEARN/HELP Option in the Main Menu.

  11.          To install the SURVEY files on a hard drive, usually C, place
  12.     the distribution disk (or better still, a copy) in Drive A and
  13.     type "a:install c" at the DOS prompt.  Follow with ENTER.
  14.     The files will be placed in a new directory named SRVY, with no
  15.     changes in your existing files.

  17.          To install the SURVEY files on a 720K or larger disk in
  18.     Drive B, place the distribution disk in Drive A and type
  19.     "a:install b".  Follow with ENTER.  A 360K disk cannot hold all
  20.     the files.  (Reverse A and B if you are installing from B.)

  22.          To start SURVEY, type "survey" (without quotes) at the DOS
  23.     prompt, and follow with ENTER.                         6/93
